You drive growth by forming strategic partnerships across fintech verticals, shaping the partnership strategy and delivering measurable ROI. You will own end-to-end partner relationships, from business cases to Pu0026amp;L impact, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal and Data teams.

The role sits at the nexus of growth, commercial strategy, and cross-functional execution to unlock new revenue and opportunities for Revolut’s expanding ecosystem. This is a chance to influence how Revolut scales through collaborations with ecosystem players, loyalty providers, and financial infrastructure partners.

  • Lead the development and execution of Revolut's partnership strategy across priority products and verticals
  • Own strategic partnerships across priority verticals (e.g., lending and loyalty features)
  • Drive new business opportunities and expand into new segments
  • Build and present business cases to senior leadership to secure buy-in
  • Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements delivering ROI
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Data to scope and launch scalable co-marketing, API integrations, or white-label solutions
  • Build long-term strategic alliances with ecosystem players, industry associations, events, tech platforms, and referral partners
  • Manage multiple work streams across verticals with timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery ownership
Responsabilidades
  • 3+ years in relevant industries, preferably in financial services (payments, fintech, or banking)
  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or relationship management
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across seniority levels
  • Highly driven, collaborative, and results-oriented
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build business cases from scratch, including unit economics modelling, market sizing, and defending assumptions
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments with decisive decision-making in ambiguity
