Compensaciones / Beneficios- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across social platforms and Google Ads to hit performance goals
- Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, execution, and ongoing optimization
- Analyze campaign data and KPIs to identify insights and improve results
- Develop strategic media plans aligned with business objectives
- Prepare clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and recommendations
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital accounts and paid media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video)
- Proven ability in budget management and performance optimization
- Results-driven mindset with focus on KPIs (CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversions)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive optimizations
- Experience in reporting and presenting campaign performance insights clearly
