- Build executive relationships with CMOs, Heads of programmatic, and Media Directors to influence digital strategy
- Deliver revenue growth by consistently exceeding sales targets and maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts
- Lead with insights, using data and market trends to drive consultative conversations
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, technical solutions, and account management for smooth onboarding and long-term success
- Champion innovation by staying ahead of AI and privacy shifts in advertising
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in AdTech, Martech or digital media sales with a proven record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Fluent in Czech and English
- Strong consultative solution selling and multi-product negotiation skills
- CRM and pipeline management; Salesforce expertise preferred
- Strong analytical skills for ROAS planning and data-informed client discussions
