Partners & Executive Communications Manager

Experteer Overview

You will prep leaders for public engagements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale and refine Factorial’s communications program. This is a high-visibility position in a fast-growing HR tech company with global reach.

• Develop and manage executive storytelling for the C-suite and key partners across markets
• Write and produce keynotes, scripts, speeches, and talking points for events, conferences, media appearances, and internal events program
• Prepare executives for panel discussions, media interviews, and public engagements, including media prep and Q&A briefs
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications and Corporate Communications to align executive narratives with brand positioning
• Partner with market leads to adapt global storytelling for local audiences across international markets
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines while maintaining high quality across deliverables
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Factorial's events and communications program as it scales

• 3 to 5 years in communications with exposure to executive communications, PR, or content strategy in a B2B or tech environment
• Proven experience writing long-form communications for senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal English with ability to adapt tone across speakers, formats, and markets
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable working with senior leaders, managing feedback, and building trusted stakeholder relationships
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in technology, HR, and the future of work is a plus

• 38,000 EUR base salary
