As Global Brand Manager, you’ll shape how Too Good To Go’s brand is built, protected and scaled across 21 markets. You’ll translate strategy into practical systems and ensure consistent, meaningful brand expression across touchpoints. You’ll connect cross‑functional teams, markets and insights to sharpen the brand’s impact.

This role offers the chance to advance a mission‑driven brand at scale and help turn brand strategy into real-world activation.

  • Translate brand strategy into simple frameworks, processes and forums to keep the brand consistent across markets
  • Run brand reviews to protect quality and scale best practices
  • Own end-to-end project management for key brand initiatives
  • Coordinate cross‑team stakeholders to prioritise high‑impact work
  • Define and drive strategically aligned brand partnerships and activations
  • Lead onboarding and training to build company-wide brand fluency
  • Be the go‑to for teams on fast, clear and consistent brand guidance
  • Partner with teams to ensure the brand appears correctly in every touchpoint
  • Build playbooks, templates and guidance for markets to activate the brand independently
  • Coordinate local Brand Champions and maintain tight feedback loops
  • Co‑own Brand Tracker and translate insights into action
  • Equip teams to interpret brand data and apply insights with confidence
  • Maintain and evolve the brand AI brain and promote tool adoption
  • Pilot new tools that evolve brand governance
Responsabilidades
  • Solid experience in brand management in high‑paced, international settings
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and maintaining consistency at scale
  • Ability to work with brand data and turn insights into action
  • Strong stakeholder management across functions and geographies
  • Curiosity about AI and its role in brand building (no technical experience required)
  • FMCG background is preferable but not required
