You translate strategy into scalable campaigns, toolkits, and assets, partnering with global functions and regional teams as well as external agencies.You manage agency delivery, timelines, and ROI, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive brand health and market impact.

- Lead brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and segmentation for diverse customer groups
- Establish global brand guidelines and scalable toolkits for local activation
- Own end-to-end creative process and oversee external agencies with clear scopes and deliverables
- Manage timelines, budgets, and performance to improve efficiency and consistency
- Partner with product, digital, and regional teams to activate campaigns in-market
- Monitor brand health, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, translating data into recommendations
- Drive global-local collaboration and enablement of assets, measuring usage and impact
- Provide guidance and training to elevate brand capabilities across markets
- Maintain strong ROI discipline and ensure brand integrity across touchpoints
- Bachelor in Marketing
- 5-8+ years in brand management or strategic marketing
- Experience scaling global brand strategies and campaigns
- Proven track record managing creative agencies and external partners
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution (think-plan-do)
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing (digital, content, events, customer experience)
- Experience working across global and local teams in collaborative environments
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complexity and priorities
- Strong English proficiency, C1 level
