As Senior Designer, Packaging and Branding, you will shape high-impact packaging and brand concepts that are visually stunning and strategically sound. You will manage projects end-to-end, translating brand strategy into clear, commercially effective designs.You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors in the UK and Netherlands, and work closely with client service and other creatives to exceed expectations. You’ll mentor junior designers and help raise the agency’s creative bar. This hybrid, hands-on role values collaboration, craft, and real impact on brands.

- Translate brand strategy into clear, compelling design across deliverables

- Inspire and mentor junior creatives to lift overall creative standards
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design (mandatory)
- 5-7 years of design/creative experience in an agency or in-house team (mandatory)
- Located near the regional office for frequent meetings
- Strong understanding of design and digital production deliverables
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Digital portfolio required at application
- Hybrid role requiring occasional office visits and in-person meetings
- Fluent English
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with AI and willingness to stay updated on new tech
