In this role you drive international omnichannel marketing for the Pelvic Health business, aligning content and campaigns across regions. You collaborate with global teams to deliver consistent customer-centric messaging through digital and non-digital channels, using AI and Salesforce insights to improve reach and efficiency.You will shape content, streamline the content lifecycle, and track performance to optimize impact. The position offers remote possibilities and opportunities to influence marketing strategy in a global, matrix environment.

- Coordinate editorial planning, campaign orchestration, and content governance across regions
- Design customer personas and map integrated journeys across channels
- Create and adapt marketing content including copy for digital campaigns, emails, web, social, and field assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute omnichannel campaigns
- Manage content lifecycle from briefing to deployment and optimization
- Oversee product, therapy, and campaign content and digital assets ensuring brand and compliance
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, personalization, and efficiency
- Support centralization and enablement of digital tools and assets for scalability
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM/digital platforms to connect campaigns with field execution
- Monitor KPIs and analyze data to derive optimization recommendations
- Assist with budget tracking and resource planning in partnership with marketing leadership
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (email, web, social, SEO/SEM, paid media, ABM)
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with ability to translate data into compelling narratives
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing marketing content including video editing across multiple channels
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and digital analytics tools
- Proficiency with AI tools to increase efficiency in marketing execution
- Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and audience segmentation
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data and apply insights
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, international, matrix environment
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
