In this role you will shape and execute EBV’s HiRel strategy for Aerospace & Defense across EMEA, guiding growth with sales, suppliers and key customers. You’ll translate market insights into opportunities, drive design-win opportunities, and ensure compliant, profitable expansion.You will work with cross-functional teams to align programs and secure long-term partnerships, contributing to EBV’s leadership in the HiRel segment. This is an opportunity to influence high-reliability electronics at scale and support strategic customer engagements.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and deploy A&D segment strategy across internal teams, customers and suppliers
- Identify and manage strategic A&D customers and drive long-lifecycle design-in business
- Lead regional design activity and progress design-in/design-win through collaboration with Sales and FAEs
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and relay market intelligence internally
- Execute segment marketing programs with Marketing and Procurement; represent EBV at events
- Ensure compliance with A&D regulatory requirements (export controls, traceability, AS9100) and manage risk in opportunities
- 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Program Development; preferably in Aerospace & Defense or electronic components
- Degree in Electronics engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Strong strategic thinking and market insight
- Proven opportunity development and disciplined pipeline management
- Experience in customer and supplier relationship management
- Technical understanding of A&D electronics
- Awareness of compliance, risk management and export controls
- Strong communication and influencing skills; fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
