Experteer Overview

In this role you drive growth for Sulzer’s IWT business by winning new projects and strengthening customer relationships. You will analyze local markets, support key accounts, and coordinate with the Segment Development team to align strategy with customer needs.

You’ll identify opportunities, contribute to tender participation, and represent Sulzer at events. You’ll work across functions to ensure technically sound, commercially viable solutions that advance Sulzer’s sustainable-water agenda.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Market & Opportunity Development: build a 12–24 month pipeline in Salesforce and proactively engage plants, EPCs and engineers to uncover early opportunities
  • Solution Selling & Specification: promote Sulzer’s broad equipment range and deliver technical presentations to secure specification status
  • Commercial Management: negotiate terms within authority, maintain leads/quotes in Salesforce, and forecast order intake
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: cultivate long-term relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs and consultants; represent Sulzer at events
  • Continuous Improvement: feed market intelligence and promote QHSE, ethics and compliance
Responsabilidades
  • 5+ years in technical sales or business development in industrial water/wastewater treatment
  • Strong technical knowledge of water regulations, reuse requirements, and treatment processes
  • Experience in international sales environments
  • English and local language fluency
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; customer-focused and able to work in a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical skills, self-driven and capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders
