Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the client portfolio in line with the strategy defined by the Sales Management.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product and service portfolio and, when necessary and following appropriate training, carry out service-related activities, requesting the required support through the Team Leader.
  • Record commercial activities in a timely manner in the CRM system (contacts, opportunities, call reports, etc.) in accordance with the established sales management methodology.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with clients in line with the guidelines set by the Team Leader, to whom the role reports.
  • Support the preparation of the annual Sales budget for the assigned client portfolio and the corresponding objectives plan, providing the required information in a timely and transparent manner, in accordance with the approved departmental guidelines for the relevant fiscal year.
  • Promote and embody the Company’s brand values and further develop its attributes.
  • Promote and apply the “Value Selling” culture.
  • Participate in trade fairs, symposiums, and any other marketing activities defined by the Sales Management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum: Advanced Vocational Training (FPII) in Mechanics and/or Industrial Engineering
  • Preferred: Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
