Hiring: German-Speaking Account Executive | Madrid, Spain

I'm currently looking for German-speaking professionals to join an international team as an Account Executive in Madrid, Spain.

Location: Madrid, Spain
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time

Work Model: Hybrid

What You'll Do
Manage the full sales cycle for the German market.
Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions.

Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Salary & Commission

€30,000 gross annual base salary.

Monthly commission target: €600.

Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers.
Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers.

Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).

Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00

Friday: 09:00–15:00
