In this role, you will drive Assurant's automotive growth across Continental Europe by shaping strategy, coordinating cross-market plans, and leading multi-market partnerships. You will act as a bridge between local opportunities and European auto strategy, ensuring disciplined execution and stakeholder alignment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, win strategies, and seamless handovers to account management. This position offers exposure to OEMs, dealer groups, and industry partners in a dynamic, multilingual environment, with scope to influence product, commercial strategy, and market expansion.

  • Lead development and execution of Assurant's automotive growth strategy across Continental Europe
  • Coordinate cross-territory growth plans and ensure alignment with European Auto strategy
  • Own the full sales cycle for Continental Europe: prospecting, solution shaping, proposals, negotiation, contracting, launch
  • Build a high-quality pipeline across target markets and maintain transparency using Salesforce
  • Develop market-tailored win strategies reflecting local dynamics
  • Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, IT, Operations, and Compliance to shape market-appropriate solutions
  • Partner with Marketing to create multilingual, data-led campaigns for local audiences
  • Oversee handover to Account Management and ensure delivery of client commitments
  • Represent Assurant at major European automotive events and build OEM/dealer/industry networks
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and provide insight-led recommendations for product and strategy
  • Provide input to influence product development, commercial strategy, and investment decisions
Responsabilidades
  • Deep automotive sector experience with exposure to Continental European markets
  • Experience with trends, dynamics, customer behaviour, and distribution models across Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and wider Europe
  • Working knowledge of insurance, financial services, or warranty models and European sales processes/regulations
  • Ability to analyse market data and translate into commercial strategies and growth plans
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and securing new business in multi-market environments
  • Full sales-cycle ownership: prospecting, solution design, proposals, negotiation, contracting, launch
  • Experience structuring and implementing win-win partnerships with P&L understanding
  • Experience building and managing a disciplined pipeline (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Ability to coordinate cross-market plans and understand European Auto strategy
  • Stakeholder management across Product, Underwriting, IT, Operations, and Compliance in a matrix environment
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Navigate cultural nuances and build trusted senior relationships across European markets
