Experteer Overview

You will support managers with guidance and ensure legal compliance across the site. This role offers the chance to shape local people practices within a global, sustainability-driven company.

• Coordinate HR policies across the company following global guidelines
• Oversee HR matters including recruitment, performance management, training, salaries and benefits
• Manage employee relations and maintain a healthy, motivating environment
• Provide consultancy and onboarding support for new hires and expatriates
• Guide managers on people management with feedback and best practices
• Monitor labor legislation and ensure correct application to minimize disputes
• Coordinate internal communication channels

• Bachelor in Administration
• Postgraduate degree in People Management, People Development, Organizational Psychology (preferred)
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of all HR processes and labor legislation
• Intermediate Microsoft Office package
• Experience in ISO-standard companies
• Intermediate Spanish (preferred)
