WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?
-Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant within a lifestyle hotel- A passion for authentic hospitality and storytelling that creates memorable guest experiences
- A creative and curious mindset
- A motivating and empowering leadership style that thrives in multicultural and energetic teams
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a keen eye for organization and detail

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?- Strategic & operational placement and management of the new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc restaurant
- Supplier & order management according to the NENI Operations Manual
- Conduct job interviews, recruit and train the restaurant team in collaboration with the human resources department.
- Be a manager: know your numbers & be on top of the game
