As a Senior Data Analyst in Barcelona’s Marketing Analytics team, you translate messy marketing data into trusted reports that leadership relies on to grow repeat bookings and long-term value. You’ll partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, and Analytics Engineering to QA data and drive experiments, from design to socialized results.You’ll shape measurement frameworks and contribute to cross-channel experiments, holding both demand and supply perspectives. This role offers intellectual challenge in incrementality and complex attribution within a dynamic two-sided marketplace.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own reporting and dashboards used by Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing leadership; ensure data quality and consistency
- Design and analyze experiments end-to-end, including cross-channel and retargeting tests
- Support evolution of measurement framework with incrementality work and attribution refinement
- Collaborate with Martech and Analytics Engineering to validate CRM data and ensure campaigns are measurable from day one
- Review SQL and analytical approaches to raise team-wide effectiveness
- Tell stories with data through root-cause analyses and actionable narratives linked to marketplace dynamics
- 3+ years of experience using data to drive business impact
- Strong proficiency in SQL with complex queries on large datasets
- Hands-on experience with transformation models (dbt or similar)
- Statistical analysis skills in Python or R (hypothesis testing, regression, bootstrapping)
- Experience owning end-to-end A/B testing
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage analytical work without micromanagement
- Data visualization experience (Mode, Looker, Tableau)
