As a Senior Data Analyst in Scopely's Strategic Analytics team, you will transform large-scale player data into actionable insights that guide long-term game health. You’ll shape KPIs, build scalable reporting and AI-enhanced data products, and enable cross-functional teams to act on data-driven decisions.You will work across a diversified portfolio to surface insights that inform strategy and improve LTV and loyalty. This role offers the chance to impact multiple games and contribute to scalable analytics at a global gaming company.

- Translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-making
- Provide portfolio-wide health insights to drive cross-genre business decisions
- Contribute to development of scalable data products to surface findings
- Define KPI frameworks and lead deep-dives to surface actionable insights for LTV and loyalty
- Develop cross-portfolio analysis and self-serve reporting to align the company
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows
- Identify opportunities to replace manual analysis with AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering to integrate analytics into scalable products
- 3+ years as a Data Analyst in analytics/science/research/consulting
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of SQL; BigQuery exposure a plus
- Proficiency with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlikview)
- Python experience for data analysis
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Bachelor in a quantitative or scientific field; graduate degree a plus
