In this role, you will analyze large player datasets to inform strategic decisions and improve game experiences. You will translate data into actionable insights, build dashboards for stakeholders, and run A/B tests to optimize features. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep analytics central to shaping the Yahtzee experience.This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in our Yahtzee Analytics team, hybrid in Barcelona, within a globally connected gaming company.

- Transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports showing game performance metrics and player behavior
- Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to measure feature impact and guide decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and influence roadmap decisions
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (gaming, tech, or entertainment a plus)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related)
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
