As a Product Designer at CREALOGIX, you contribute to the UX/UI of cutting-edge FinTech solutions for the digital banking era. You work within a collaborative team to shape interactions, interfaces, and prototypes for mobile and web, while helping build a scalable design system.You’ll translate complex banking tasks into intuitive experiences across devices and contribute to product ideation and UX strategy. This role offers meaningful impact in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment with strong design leadership.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design and deliver high-quality interaction concepts, interfaces, and prototypes for mobile apps and responsive web solutions
- Contribute to product ideation, feature definition, and user experience creation for banking products
- Help build and maintain a design system for large-scale applications, including vision, structure, components, and processes
- Collaborate with Designers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to simplify complex banking tasks into intuitive experiences
- Ensure design consistency and usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- At least 2 years of experience designing mobile or web applications, ideally with exposure to design systems
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience designing digital products and systems beyond websites
- Strong understanding of UX and UI best practices
- Solid educational background in Visual, Graphic, or Interaction Design
- Strong UI design, interaction design, and prototyping skills
- Ability to create and maintain scalable UIs via reusable components
- Interest in the future of banking and ability to design forward-thinking digital solutions
- Some knowledge of CSS and HTML componentization is a plus
- Collaborative, proactive, low-ego team player with experience in Agile environments
- Ability to self-organize and work with multiple stakeholders
- A strong portfolio of recent and relevant design work
- Fluent in English
