Senior Product Designer (They/She/He)

• Own the end-to-end design process from hypothesis to implementation, guided by user empathy
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact user experiences
• Create multiple concepts and prototypes, test with end users, and iterate quickly
• Develop and maintain design standards, documentation, and processes to raise design quality
• Contribute to and effectively utilize the Design System across teams
• Mentor junior designers and promote collaboration within the design team
• Advocate for the user using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions

• 5+ years in a Product Design role within a product-focused environment
• Strong portfolio with case studies showing challenges, methods, roles and outcomes
• Proficiency with user-centered and data-informed design approaches (qualitative and quantitative)
• Collaborative, ego-free mindset with a focus on meaningful outcomes
• Strong communication skills to facilitate design processes and present reasoning
• Solid understanding of UX and interaction principles on mobile and desktop
• Self-driven, receptive to feedback and continuous learning
• Proficiency with Figma and other prototyping tools
• Experience building and scaling hybrid component libraries (Design Systems)
• Experience in fast-paced product organizations is a plus
