In this role you will shape and lead plans with Europe International Customers & Alliances to drive revenue, margins, and sustainable growth. You will collaborate across countries to implement joint business plans, reframe trading terms, and manage alliance negotiations.You’ll influence a wide range of internal stakeholders and represent Diageo in European associations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that blends strategic leadership with hands-on dealmaking to scale our One Europe agenda.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop and implement plans to negotiate with Europe International Customers/Alliances to drive revenue and share
- Transform trading terms and review buying alliance landscape to shape future approaches
- Lead cross-country and country-level Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and scale implementation
- Deliver global customer sales plans and margin expansion within Global/European P&Ls
- Drive RGM initiatives and optimize price corridors, contractual terms, and investment criteria
- Collaborate with KAMs, FDs, and Commercial Directors to align on strategy and execution
- Support Europe’s digital commerce agenda by embedding digital plans into negotiations and activations
- Provide leadership and accountability across the value chain from negotiation to market execution
- Maintain strong external relationships with buyers, negotiators, and industry associations (e.g., Illec, AIM)
- Ensure delivery of differentiated portfolio and channel plans that enable effective negotiations
- Strong track record in commercial with tier 1 international accounts (JBP, buying or service alliances) and P&L responsibility
- Experience with large retailers at national or global level
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Established external network with industry peers and customer contacts
- Fluent English; French and/or German preferred
- Ability to orchestrate many senior stakeholders and balance strategy with operational detail
- Knowledge of RGM and trade terms structures, pricing, and terms management
- Experience leading cross-country and cross-functional collaboration
