As a Key Account Manager for Spain, you engage with strategic clients to advance IQVIA’s professional services, information and data offerings. You’ll manage client relationships, governance reporting, and commercial portfolio activities, aligning client priorities with IQVIA’s portfolio.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with service lines to shape opportunities and drive commercial success. This role offers impact across a broad healthcare data and analytics scope, in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

  • Engage with key clients to understand business priorities and IQVIA offerings
  • Maintain and deepen relationships across client organizations, especially strategic accounts
  • Own client knowledge of business priorities, culture, portfolio and budget decision makers
  • Oversee operations of the commercial portfolio for Spanish strategic clients
  • Lead internal/external governance reporting and financial performance metrics
  • Track wins, pipeline and opportunities; document in CRM
  • Manage client SOWs, procurement processes, and invoicing in collaboration with client teams
  • Coordinate with Service Line leads to tailor portfolio offers and drive sales opportunities
  • Support account planning and stay updated on IQVIA offerings and Connected Intelligence
  • Foster peer-to-peer connections and share client insights and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to introduce IQVIA teams and marketing materials to clients
Responsabilidades
  • 3–7 years in pharma or related industry with sales or business development/consulting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation ability
  • Proactive with a track record of improving business performance in cross-functional teams
  • Interest and expertise in pharma business model and life sciences commercial strategy
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to listen and connect with clients
  • Comfort with contractual and procurement matters
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Degree in Life Science, Business Management, Engineering or related field
