As an SEM Specialist at Liligo, you drive paid search and metasearch performance for international markets in a fast-paced, data-driven travel environment. You’ll own PPC strategy across Google Ads and Bing, manage a seven-figure budget, and collaborate with data science, product, and content teams to align SEM with growth goals.

Expect hands-on optimization, A/B testing, and automation initiatives including Performance Max and AI-driven workflows. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape performance for a leading travel search engine.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Plan and manage PPC strategies across Google Ads and Bing Ads for multiple international markets (flight, train, car rental)
  • Own and optimize a seven-figure SEM budget to maximize ROAS
  • Conduct ongoing optimization: keyword research, ad copy testing, landing page improvements
  • Monitor and report campaign performance with actionable insights for senior management
  • Leverage advanced SEM tools and internal data systems for automation and performance gains
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Content teams to align SEM with business goals
  • Stay informed on SEM trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies
  • Drive adoption of Performance Max and other automation; explore Google Ads Scripts and AI-enabled workflows
  • Integrate Generative AI tools in daily workflows while complying with AI policies
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEM experience, ideally in travel, e-commerce, or high-volume agencies
  • Expert-level Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) proficiency
  • GA4 analytics proficiency; experience with Power BI or Tableau a plus; strong Excel/Sheets skills
  • Experience with Google Ads Scripts, automated bidding, and feed-based campaigns
  • Strong tracking knowledge: GTM, conversion pixels, server-side tracking
  • Proven A/B testing experience for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Multilingual: English required; French highly valued; other European languages are a plus
  • Metasearch knowledge and understanding of price comparison dynamics
  • Agility and strategic thinking to align SEM with growth and profitability goals
  • Excellent communication to translate data into insights for cross-functional teams
