Experteer Overview
As a Client Support Analyst in Alternative Funds at Santander Alternative Investments, you will handle fund operation activities, onboarding new clients, and the preparation of client packages from Madrid. You will coordinate with fund administrators and transfer agents to ensure smooth processes, while keeping client data up to date.The role combines client services with data analysis in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. You will contribute to a client-centric transformation within Wealth Management & Insurance and support growth in alternative investments.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Execute fund capital calls and distributions in line with client workflows
- Lead onboarding for new clients and document seed capital processes
- Prepare and distribute client packages to stakeholders
- Update client databases with required details
- Coordinate and oversee processes with Fund Administrators (FA) and Transfer Agents (TA)
- At least 2 years of performance in client services within an Alternative Management company
- Degree in Economics or Engineering
- Fluent English
- Deep knowledge of the Alternative Funds client area
- Ability to analyze data and complex information
- Experience running queries in databases and Excel macros
- Ability to lead small projects and collaborate with supervisors
- Highly organized with strong time management under deadlines
