In this role you drive operational excellence for Amazon's ultra-fast Quick Commerce network across EU. You will lead business reviews, design scalable standard work, and push continuous improvement to improve speed, quality, and cost. You’ll partner with schedulers, site operators, and delivery partners to protect the customer promise.This position offers a dynamic, cross-border environment with real-time problem solving and tangible impact on delivery speed across markets.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews across the Quick Commerce network and drive action on KPIs
- Design and implement data-driven review mechanisms and dashboards for visibility and rapid issue resolution
- Define and document standard operating procedures for shift handovers across time zones
- Develop scalable standard work for consistent execution across stores and markets
- Create robust communication channels between Central Operations, stores, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Manage escalation paths for complex operational challenges requiring cross-functional coordination
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; inform capacity planning and resource allocation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in people management
- Strong communication skills with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
