As Area Manager in Central Operations for Same Day across EU, you lead Shift Managers and Schedulers to drive performance through data-driven decisions. You build scalable processes and monitor real-time operations to maintain service quality across multiple markets.

You collaborate with Capacity Planning, DSP partners, and cross-functional teams to optimize cost, delivery speed, and partner satisfaction. This role offers strategic impact, leadership growth, and the chance to shape ultra-fast delivery at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Lead a team of Shift Managers and Schedulers across the EU AMZL Same Day network, coaching and developing leadership capacity while ensuring on-time execution
  • Monitor real-time Same Day operations across the EU network, coordinating with site operators to respond to demand fluctuations and incidents
  • Analyze delivery trends, capacity usage, and key metrics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions during network-wide DBRs
  • Develop scalable processes and standard work to enable remote support of complex operations and overcome technical limitations
  • Lead process-improvement initiatives focusing on cost, customer experience, and delivery partner satisfaction to deliver step-function improvements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Capacity Planning, Speed, Su0026OP and DSP partners to evaluate technical improvements and align on capacity planning and forecasting
  • Maintain accurate performance reporting and analysis to support data-driven decisions across departments
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning for Amazon's EU delivery network, maximizing capacity, quality, and cost efficiency
  • Execute best practices balancing daily needs with long-term scalability while maintaining safety and meeting customer demands
  • Create recognition and communication programs to drive team engagement and positive employee relations
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in people management
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders, peers and leadership
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in English and local language
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
