In this Senior Product Manager role, you drive monetization strategy for Rover’s provider ecosystem, blending marketplace economics with growth. You’ll shape alternative monetization and value-added offerings, partnering with engineering, design, data science, operations, and finance to balance marketplace health with revenue expansion.You’ll translate economic insights into compelling product experiences and lead cross-functional initiatives. This hybrid Barcelona-based position offers meaningful impact on provider success and company growth within a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead development of monetization strategies and economic incentives for providers
- Design and launch monetization features to balance marketplace health and revenue growth
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, operations, and finance to deliver cross-functional initiatives
- Test, measure, and iterate on MVPs and monetization experiments
- Scale successful monetization models and provider value propositions
- Translate economic principles into actionable product experiences
- 7+ years of hands-on product experience
- Strong SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, Periscope or similar data visualization skills
- Experience with multivariate product experimentation frameworks
- Proven ability to lead teams and define impactful roadmaps
- BS/MS/MBA in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with remote stakeholders, especially engineering, design and data
