Product Manager, Data Science

You apply design thinking to create user-aligned prototypes and define roadmaps. This is a fast-paced role shaping digital products at a leading healthcare innovator, with a clear impact on study design and outcomes.

• Partner with R&D data science and business teams to translate business needs into digital solutions
• Deliver engaging digital products that embed data and analytics into decision-making
• Apply design thinking to gather user feedback and iterate on solutions
• Create journey maps, storyboards, and wireframes/prototypes for alignment
• Document business processes to support development
• Develop use cases, write and manage Jira user stories and process flows
• Shape and communicate product roadmap, priorities, and design rationale
• Collaborate with Data Science, J&J Technology, Clinical Operations, Therapeutic Areas, and Strategy & Portfolio to support study teams

• Bachelor in Data Science or related field
• Knowledge of Pharma R&D, portfolio/pipeline management, and Clinical Trial Operations
• Experience managing product backlog, release planning, metrics, and agile ceremonies
• Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma or similar for wireframes/prototypes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration
