As Product Manager at Spendesk, you own end-to-end delivery of features for finance teams, turning insights into shipped products. You will translate pain points into actionable briefs for engineering and design, guiding cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.You partner with marketing, sales, and finance to craft go-to-market support and messaging. You will shape differentiation through a data-driven, customer-centric approach and relentless focus on usability and impact.

- Partner with product designers and engineers across discovery, delivery, and iteration.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Support to capture feedback and improve the product area.
- Own squad prioritisation and make trade-offs to maximise impact.
- Define and track product success metrics (happiness, adoption, retention).
- Support go-to-market teams with clear documentation and impactful launches.
- Develop understanding of competitive landscape to ensure differentiation.
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Strong product craft with emphasis on usability and flow
- Ability to structure complex data models, workflows, and backend systems into intuitive products
- Strong analytical mindset balancing user feedback with data insights
- Proven track record shipping features that streamline workflows for operational/technical users
- Excellent communication and ability to articulate problem statements and solution rationale
- Curiosity for or experience with finance concerns like budgeting or spend policies
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership and urgency
