Senior Product Manager in our Financial Crime Intelligence domain leads Transaction Monitoring across fiat, crypto, card and hybrid flows. You’ll work at the intersection of Compliance, Engineering and Data to build scalable, regulator-ready controls while enabling growth across payment rails.You’ll shape strategy, drive an actionable roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce false positives and improve alert quality. This is a chance to influence how we scale AML controls in a fast-growing fintech while aligning with global regulatory requirements.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own the Transaction Monitoring product area across multiple payment rails
- Define strategy and create an actionable roadmap aligned with domain goals
- Evolve monitoring rules, risk typologies and predictive models in line with compliance frameworks
- Drive false positive reduction and operational scalability
- Partner with first and second line ops, compliance and Data Science to ensure effective, audit-ready controls
- Translate regulatory AML requirements into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering on vendor integrations, data models, event schemas and performance
- 4+ years as a Product Manager in fintech/payments/regulated financial services
- 2+ years experience with AML/Transaction Monitoring products
- Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring (stablecoins) or VASP compliance
- Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic or similar)
- Experience with travel rule tools (Notabene, Sumsub or similar)
- Experience leading vendor evaluations and integrations
- Analytical thinking and ability to discuss system design
- Proven ability to influence across functions and geographies
