In this IT Delivery Lead role, you own end-to-end technical delivery for the BMP Retail program, serving as the primary link between BMP Retail, Allianz Technology senior stakeholders, and delivery squads. You ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality, and secure solutions while coordinating with Tribe Leadership and external partners.You will champion engineering best practices and governance to enable cross-team delivery excellence. This position offers impact across a large-scale transformation, with a clear hook in shaping secure, scalable IT solutions for Allianz.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Act as the main interface to BMP Retail and Allianz Technology senior stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
- Lead and oversee technical delivery, meeting quality, performance, and security standards
- Manage relationships with external delivery partners and ensure adherence to technical standards
- Own delivery budget and timeline management, including forecasts, cost tracking, and milestones
- Collaborate with the Tribe Lead to plan and control costs for development, infrastructure, and vendors
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and delivery impediments
- Champion engineering best practices (CI/CD, coding standards, test automation) across squads
- Ensure consistent delivery governance and smooth coordination across teams
- Proven experience as IT Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager, or similar in complex enterprise environments
- Strong background in technology delivery within large-scale transformation or platform programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management, with experience engaging senior business and IT leaders
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices (CI/CD, QA, security, automation)
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and delivery risks
- Ability to balance delivery pressure with quality and sustainability
- Strong communication and leadership skills in English
- Experience in insurance or financial services environments is a plus
