Experteer Overview

In this role, you own a core value stream within the Digital Hub, driving end-to-end delivery from product evolution to live services. You will collaborate with regional and global experts, offshore teams, and internal customers to ensure reliable operations and strong governance.

You will steer roadmaps, agile delivery, and performance, balancing scope, risk, and budgets. You will foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping service delivery at scale in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Execute delivery plans, roadmaps, and release schedules while facilitating Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)
Oversee day-to-day Live Services operations to ensure availability, reliability, and performance
Track metrics, manage resources and budgets, and produce monthly governance reports
Bridge business needs with offshore vendors to meet KPIs and SLAs
Identify improvement opportunities and foster a culture of continuous learning

Responsabilidades

6+ years of project management experience delivering IT Application projects
Experience in global teams and distributed leadership across time zones
Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Confluence; Agile DevOps experience; familiar with ITIL frameworks
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication to influence decisions and motivate teams
