In this role you support digital transformation initiatives in healthcare, spanning EHR, primary care, telemedicine, and AI. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, manage risks, and drive project progress. Conduct requirements gathering and analysis
Collaborate in implementing solutions and driving first-level digital transformation projects in healthcare
Propose strategies and alternatives to achieve project objectives
Provide management, evaluation, and communication support for task and project progress
Identify and manage project risks and resolve problems
Coordinate with the technical team for solution implementation and issue resolution
Perform quantitative and/or qualitative data analyses to support health professionals' decisions

Responsabilidades

University degree
Proficiency in process analysis
Good communication skills with customers
Experience in health sector projects managed with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Safe)
Experience in designing and executing quantitative analyses
Ability to test and analyze hypotheses using different information sources
Ability to synthesize results, analyze hypotheses, and develop recommendations
Ability to communicate results at an executive level
