In this role you will design, develop, and maintain backend solutions for complex healthcare applications. You will work within a multidisciplinary team that leverages state-of-the-art proprietary, open source, and native cloud technologies to deliver robust healthcare projects.
You will optimize data management, ensure security, and drive performance improvements while documenting design decisions. This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on scalable architecture and high-quality code that supports mission-critical healthcare outcomes.

Lead the design and implementation of backend solutions for complex applications in collaboration with software architects

Experience with Redis and caching strategies
Experience with Kafka/Kafka Streams and Confluent Schema Registry
Experience with WebFlux/WebClient for non-blocking integrations
Experience with Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT
Experience with SAML/OpenSAML
Experience with SOAP/XML: JAXB, SAAM, Spring WS
Experience with MapStruct and Lombok
Experience with JUnit, Jacoco, SonarQube
Experience with observability tools: Micrometer, Prometheus, Grafana
Experience with deployment in OpenShift and Docker containers
Experience with SVN and Git
