Experteer Overview

As a Finance Lead Expert, you will manage complex financial projects and provide expert guidance on planning, reporting, and compliance. You will be a key financial partner to senior leadership across the global Services Division, steering budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and operational excellence.

You will develop and implement best-in-class controlling processes and support stakeholders on working capital and governance. This role offers high-visibility finance leadership with a focus on driving efficiency, integrity, and continuous improvement across regions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Set KPIs and targets with the Finance Business Partner and distribute them across Regions and BU/PLs
Drive Net Working Capital improvement measures and monitor them
Ensure timely, accurate monthly closing reporting
Lead and develop a central controlling team
Train and support global legal entities on NWC, cash collection, and cash forecasting
Provide governance for planning, budgeting, and forecasting across Regions and BU/PLs
Act as main interface to the Group Controller
Oversee BUD, RFC, and monthly closing processes as gatekeeper
Identify improvement potentials for KPIs
Support monthly reporting packages and senior management presentations
Represent the Division in Controlling and Operational Excellence topics
Recommend measures to drive efficiency in controlling and improvements
Support finance-related modeling for business development and operations
Contribute to ERP/Consolidation system implementations and enhancements
Perform ad-hoc analysis on finance and operational topics
Operate within Sulzer's delegation of authority

Responsabilidades

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
10-15 years of experience in Finance & Controlling within a global manufacturing environment
Strong background in project/change management, consolidation, and financial reporting
Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and presentation skills
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple initiatives, and drive operational excellence
Solid understanding of internal financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial decision-making
Proactive, self-driven mindset with high integrity
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP knowledge (ideally SAP or MS Dynamics)
Fluent English
