In this role you drive supply continuity by managing constraint suppliers and escalations across Lear’s manufacturing facilities. You lead cross-functional, end-to-end responses to urgent shortages and develop allocation strategies to balance inventories.You will partner with external suppliers, internal teams, and the commodity purchasing group to implement short- and long-term corrective actions. The work supports a resilient, efficient supply chain in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience
- Fluent in English
