As Program Manager in Valls, you lead multi-disciplinary programs within the E-Systems division, guiding global teams to deliver scope, timing, and cost targets. You drive program plans, documentation, and execution, ensuring quality and profitability while managing changes and risks.

You will pursue yearly CTO targets and collaborate across sales, engineering, manufacturing, and finance. This role combines leadership, technical know-how, and accountability to shape high-impact automotive electronics programs.

Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and with approved profitability and quality standards
Plan and execute activities according to customer milestones
Manage product changes with Engineering and Sales to meet cost targets
Lead to achieve yearly Cost Technical Optimization (CTO) targets in the program
Identify risks and apply corrective actions, escalating as needed

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's degree in a technical subject
Experience in automotive field, preferably electronics
5 years of project management leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish; French a plus
Proactive, accountable, can-do attitude, resilient
