Experteer Overview

As Tribe Leader, you own the performance, delivery and people for a Technology Tribe in the Iberian region. You align with IT leadership to deliver in sprints, improve engineering practices, and ensure policy-compliant, secure software deliveries.

You shape the long-term technical vision, manage cross-functional teams, and report on SLAs, with a focus on reducing risk and total cost of ownership. You collaborate across Technology, Product, Operations and Finance to drive strategy and outcomes that scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Build and maintain relationships with product, business and sales partners
Lead cross-functional teams including software, quality, reliability engineers, project managers and Scrum Masters
Mentor and develop engineers and collaborate with architects and SRE leads on technical direction
Ensure compliance with secure software development guidelines and QE/DevSec/FinOps KPIs
Define and report SLA/SLOs/SLIs aligned with engineering standards
Drive architecture decisions for features, refactoring and EOSL
Deliver technical presentations to diverse stakeholders
Provide coaching and foster a high-performing, accountable team culture
Develop long-term technical vision and roadmap for the scope of the teams
Oversee system designs within the broader area and review code to solve ambiguous problems

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's degree or 7-12 years of software engineering experience
Experience leading design and development of event-driven solutions
Collaborated with architects and SREs on strategic technical direction and best practices
Led multicultural teams across development squads (India PEC)
Implemented architecture decisions for features, refactoring and EOSL
Strong track record building and managing high-performing technical teams
Cloud certification strongly preferred
Deep troubleshooting and production issue resolution skills
Experience with full stack development and public cloud (GCP)
