As a Key Account Manager for Spain, you will drive strategic engagement with priority clients, translating their business needs into IQVIA’s commercial offerings. You’ll manage relationships across client organizations, coordinate with service lines, and oversee the portfolio for key accounts.
You will track governance, financial metrics, and contract processes to ensure successful commercial outcomes. Your role connects cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and foster data-driven decisions that support healthcare improvements.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Engage with key clients and understand their business priorities and IQVIA offerings.
  • Maintain and expand professional relationships across client organizations, focusing on strategic accounts.
  • Oversee commercial portfolio activities for assigned Spanish clients.
  • Lead governance reporting and external reporting (rebates, receivables) alongside internal finance.
  • Document pipeline, wins, and opportunities in the CRM tool and manage client SOWs and invoicing processes.
  • Serve as the contact for RFIs/RFPs and ad hoc client/business requests.
  • Collaborate with Service Line leads to enhance commercial value and align portfolio offerings.
  • Shape account planning and stay informed about IQVIA’s broader offerings (Connected Intelligence).
  • Develop relationships across international account community to share intelligence and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce IQVIA teams or peers to client meetings and pitches.
Responsabilidades
  • 3–7 years in pharma or related industry with sales or business development/consulting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to work without warm introductions
  • Proven proactive mindset and track record of improving business performance through team collaboration
  • Interest and expertise in pharma business model and life-sciences commercial strategy
  • Experience in matrixed environments and strong customer service orientation
  • Comfort with contractual and procurement matters
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Degree in Life Science, Business Management, Engineering or related field
