In this role, you will oversee and scale the Amazon Relay middle-mile network, driving reliability, safety, and efficiency. You’ll lead a team, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate carrier feedback into risk-focused improvements.You will use data-driven insights to reduce costs and enhance environmental impact while advancing a customer-centric supply chain. This is a chance to shape European Carrier Capacity u0026amp; Compliance Management and deliver high-impact programs at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Act as the senior owner of executive escalations relating to carrier enforcement
- Lead a team of 6 supply chain managers: guide vision, growth, and goal delivery
- Develop and execute strategies to improve reliability of the Amazon transportation network
- Collaborate with program and product teams to translate carrier feedback into key risk products
- Collaborate cross-functionally to balance risk and capacity
- Own the overall health of the EU carrier network, ensuring safety, compliance and integrity standards
- Lead all carrier enforcement activity end-to-end with timely follow-up with carriers
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in team management
- Experience in cross functional project delivery
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
