In this role you will lead the local supply chain team at our Barcelona site, driving efficient, customer-focused operations for two manufacturing plants. You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Service and Finance to align goals and improve performance, while ensuring logistics partners deliver quality service.You will also support projects, budgeting and KPI reporting to strengthen our market position. This is a hands-on role with impact on safety culture and cross-functional execution.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Coordinate and support execution of supply chain activities for two manufacturing plants (Barberà del Vallès and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda)
- Optimize supply chain processes while maintaining high standards
- Create analysis tools, statistics and reports to monitor and improve operations
- Oversee performance of logistics partners (transport, warehousing, contractors)
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other departments to align with company goals
- Manage shipping, production planning and warehouse teams, focusing on wellbeing, engagement and performance
- Support Site Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Manager and Central Team on projects, budget creation and KPI reporting
- 5+ years in a similar role with team management, supply chain expertise, Lean Manufacturing and 5S know-how
- JDEdwards knowledge valued
