Senior UI/UX Designer (+3 Years Gaming Exp.)

Experteer Overview

You’ll craft clear design documentation and guide cross‑functional partners, mentoring peers to raise the team’s output. This position sits at the heart of impactful mobile/console game experiences at Gameloft, a global growth‑oriented studio.

• Lead the design of complex features from user flows to final UI
• Define interaction models to ensure a coherent player experience
• Own UI/UX of key features from concept to implementation and drive alignment with Game Design, Tech, and Production
• Identify risks and resolve design challenges early
• Ensure high quality, clarity, and consistency across features and reinforce UI systems and patterns
• Produce clear, structured documentation (flows, specs, behaviors) and ensure designs are ready for development
• Support and mentor other designers, raising the overall UX/UI quality of the team
• Collaborate closely with Game Design, Tech, and Production to ensure smooth feature development and clear design decisions

• Solid experience in UI/UX design for games or interactive products
• End-to-end design ability (flows, UI, implementation)
• Strong usability, interaction design, and visual hierarchy understanding
• Experience delivering complex features in production environments
• Experience with Figma
• Experience creating clear design documentation (e.g. Confluence)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working on mobile and console games
