Senior UX Designer

Experteer Overview

You’ll leverage research and data to iterate designs and maintain a cohesive design system, contributing to a high-quality player experience. This is a hands-on, collaborative position with meaningful impact on top-grossing titles.

• Own UX design for new features and improvements aligned with product goals
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design intent
• Partner with UX Researchers and use data insights to inform iterations
• Collaborate with Product, Art, and UI Designers to ensure cohesive experiences
• Maintain and evolve Heart of Vegas's design system for consistency across features
• Present solutions to collaborators and incorporate feedback
• Work across game areas to optimize the player experience
• Help grow UX craft by sharing tools and guidelines

• 4-6 years of professional UX design experience (UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent)
• Portfolio with wireframes, flows, prototypes, and shipped features
• Proficiency with UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and design systems
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to justify design decisions
• Clear, confident communication for diverse audiences
• Passion for mobile games and curiosity about what drives engagement
