This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will help shape pricing strategy and financial governance to support regional growth and profitability.

• Lead all financial operations, including cash flow, controls, reporting, and team development
• Ensure compliance with Banco de España and other regulatory requirements, including reporting and statutory accounts
• Oversee tax filings (VAT, corporate tax) and align with local regulations
• Act as the accountable party for internal and external audits
• Supervise pricing for Spain & Portugal and steer pricing strategy to ensure profitability and efficiency
• Collaborate with Risk, Marketing, and central teams to align pricing decisions with business goals

• Senior financial leadership experience in regulated financial services or Big4 with exposure to regulatory reporting, tax, audits, and team oversight
• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Economics; master or professional certification valued
• Fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency
• Strong financial and analytical skills; high proficiency with Excel; experience with financial management systems
• Experience with dashboards or performance tools (Power BI) is a plus for pricing oversight
• Business-oriented mindset with ability to drive impact across teams
• Attention to detail and compliance mindset; strategic yet hands-on in dynamic environments
