You help maintain ISO/QA/QC standards and drive timely, compliant outcomes across global teams. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear focus on risk management and continuous improvement.

• Execute testing processes according to procedure or client process
• Coordinate with labs for test timings and delivery
• Coordinate with account teams for test requests
• Maintain valid test reports and certificates in files
• Manage documentation validation databases
• Assist Senior Quality Manager with quality governance and guidelines
• Support issue management and CAPA processes
• Assist with product warnings per regulatory requirements
• Perform risk analysis and prepare Technical Acceptance documents
• Review supplier quality documentation

• Excellent project management skills with realistic timetables
• Strong organisational and time management; ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and be a good team player
• Experience in global organisations and supporting global teams
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills; good written and spoken English
• Experience in quality and product compliance within FMCG/POSM is preferable
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems and QA/QC frameworks is preferable
• Understanding of manufacturing processes across materials (glass, wood, plastic, metal) is beneficial
• Experience with safety and regulatory compliance standards across regions is beneficial
