In this role, you will support the Senior Quality Manager to ensure products supplied to the Beverage sector meet client requirements and applicable legislation. You will coordinate testing, manage documentation and certification, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain compliant QA processes at HH Global.The position emphasizes coordinating with labs, accounts, and suppliers to keep traceable, validated quality records. This role offers hands-on involvement in risk analysis, corrective actions, and product warnings to uphold standards at scale.

- Coordinate with labs for test timing and delivery
- Synchronize with account teams for test requests
- Maintain file-ready valid reports and certifications
- Manage validation of documentation in the database
- Support Senior Quality Manager to ensure quality guidelines are followed
- Assist with issue management and CAPA
- Support product warnings per regulatory requirements
- Perform Risk Analysis and prepare Technical Acceptance documents
- Review supplier quality documentation
- Excellent project management skills with realistic timetables
- Strong organisational and time management skills; multitasking and prioritisation
- Self-motivated; able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Experience in a global organisation supporting global teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills; good English (written and spoken)
- Experience in quality and product compliance in FMCG/POSM is preferable
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems and QA/QC is preferable
- Quality engineering education background is beneficial
- Understanding of manufacturing processes across materials (glass, wood, plastic, metal) is beneficial
- Experience with safety and regulatory compliance standards in multiple regions is beneficial
