Director, Employment Law Spain (They/She/He)

This is a high-impact position within a fast-growing tech company on a mission to connect people with everyday needs. You’ll operate at the intersection of law, strategy, and people, driving pragmatic solutions.

• Lead a team of specialised employment lawyers redefining the operating model in Spain and oversee HR operations in Yellow Park
• Provide effective, out-of-the-box legal advice impacting business operations and product
• Manage and coordinate litigation, investigations, and disputes with external counsel when required
• Anticipate risks and recommend strategies to management, including Public Affairs and settlement planning
• Oversee strategic engagement with Works Councils and Unions to foster constructive social dialogue
• Build strong relationships with executive and functional heads and collaborate with the parent entity

• Spanish qualified employment lawyer with strong litigation experience
• 10 PQE; ideally experience in a reputable law firm and advising tech companies
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and ability to build relationships with executives and teams
• Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish; able to simplify legal concepts for non-lawyers
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach and readiness to execute; ability to balance legal risk with business opportunity
