- Collaborate with page managers and stakeholders to execute brand strategy and campaigns
- Detect and escalate potentially damaging content (crisis management)
- Monitor channels and synthesize voice of the customer for page managers
- Maintain and update the social media knowledgebase with relevant stakeholders
- Develop best practices and coach colleagues on social media
- Ensure Change and Release Management processes are followed
- Collaborate with clients to create content on demand
- In-depth social media experience, with emphasis on community management and audience engagement
- Familiarity with major social platforms and social media management tools
- Strong German writing skills (C2.2) and English (C1.2)
- Passion for social media trends and viral topics
- Team player with strong verbal communication, empathy, and adaptability
- Proactive, flexible, and capable of independent work with responsibility
- Quality-driven mindset and commitment to sustainable improvement
- Willingness to collaborate in a multinational, hybrid team with occasional travel
