Social Media & Assistant Marketing Manager – Serras Collection

This role will play a key part in shaping the brand presence of Serras Collection across Barcelona, Andorra, Sevilla, and future openings as our portfolio continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage the social media strategy for all Serras Collection properties, ensuring cohesive and elevated brand representation across all platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish high‑quality, innovative content (including photography, design assets, and video materials).
• Oversee and maintain content calendars to guarantee timely, strategic, and engaging communication.
• Monitor performance metrics, evaluate engagement, and identify opportunities to enhance reach, storytelling quality, and audience interaction.
• Work closely with design, digital, vertical, and human resources teams to ensure alignment in tone, message, and visual identity.

• Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including collateral, menus, in‑room content, and other assets that contribute to a seamless and elevated guest experience.
• Develop and execute the yearly roadmap of activations and events, ensuring all initiatives support the brand vision and align with the individual marketing plans of each property.
• Lead the creation of impactful visual content by organising and supervising photo and video productions, and ensuring that imagery remains fresh and updated across social media, websites, newsletters, and digital platforms.
• Strengthen the brand’s online presence by collaborating with creative agencies and designers to craft content that embodies the essence of Serras Collection and engages diverse audiences.
• Safeguard the brand identity by maintaining a consistent look, feel, and tone across all marketing materials, menus, activations, printed assets, and guest‑facing experiences.
• Review performance data and KPIs to understand audience behaviour, refine active campaigns, and improve overall visibility, engagement, and conversion results.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or marketing roles within the luxury or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, analytics, and best practices.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SEM, and basic analytics.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
• Proficiency with digital design and video editing tools.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for luxury hospitality, storytelling, and delivering refined brand experiences.
