As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and evolve Ebury’s API platform and its use cases. You’ll work with engineering, design, and commercial teams to shape endpoints, webhooks, and workflows while ensuring a top-tier developer experience and platform reliability.You’ll translate partner needs into clear requirements and drive delivery from discovery to launch. This role sits at the core of our platform strategy and focuses on scalable APIs that power payments, FX, and financial services. You’ll influence API standards, collaborate across functions, and help grow the developer ecosystem.

- Define and evolve API endpoints, webhooks, error models, and data contracts
- Ensure APIs are versioned, consistent, and easy to integrate with
- Collaborate with backend/frontend engineers on API design, authentication, webhooks, retries, and idempotency
- Translate business and partner needs into product requirements and drive delivery from discovery to launch
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability
- Partner with Payments, FX, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams
- Support Sales and Partnerships with API capabilities and use cases
- Collaborate with the DevEx team on documentation, sandbox/testing environments, observability, and feedback
- 3+ years of Product Management experience (L3)
- 5+ years (L4) / 7+ years (L5) experience in product management
- Strong experience with API-first or platform products
- Comfort reading and discussing technical designs and trade-offs
- Experience defining APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
